Engineered high-performance compact systems designed for commercial water systems and corrosive chemical environments.
Ehao Plastic Group is a premier high-tech private enterprise focused on the integrated R&D, design engineering, and precision manufacture of advanced building materials, pipe fittings, and custom injection moulds. In particular, Ehao is a recognized market leader in PVC/UPVC and PP (Polypropylene) fluid systems across China and international markets.
Since our inception, our technological edge has been developed through close strategic partnerships with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhejiang University. This linkage allows us to integrate the latest macromolecular chemistry developments directly into our industrial PP tap production lines.
To eliminate failures and micro-fissures in challenging industrial flow control environments, Ehao Plastic Group has imported fully automated, state-of-the-art computer-controlled injection molding systems from leading manufacturers in Germany. This machinery achieves exact temperature controls and uniform clamp pressures, minimizing crystallization variations in PP polymers.
Our Quality Management workflow requires that every single valve and tap pass through 26 separate scientific inspection stages. From initial raw material spectrophotometry and melt-flow indexing to final high-pressure pneumatic hydrostatic testing, we maintain a strict 100% ex-factory pass rate, securing complete reliability for high-volume piping infrastructures globally.
An analysis of raw materials and molecular properties for civil engineering, industrial processes, and potable water delivery.
In municipal, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems, selecting the correct thermoplastic is critical for durability and system reliability. While polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and unplasticized PVC (UPVC) remain standard for general water distribution, Polypropylene (PP) offers distinct thermodynamic and chemical advantages that make it an optimal choice for advanced piping networks.
PP's molecular structure provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures, making it capable of handling continuous operational temperatures of up to 90°C (194°F) and transient exposure of up to 110°C. Compared to PVC, which starts to soften around 60°C, PP remains structurally stable under thermal stress. This heat tolerance makes PP taps and fittings highly effective for industrial cleaning lines, commercial hot water lines, and outdoor agricultural setups exposed to high temperatures.
Furthermore, Ehao's PP taps possess outstanding chemical inertness. Unlike metals, which suffer from galvanic corrosion, or standard PVC, which can degrade when exposed to specific industrial solvents, PP has no active chemical affinity with aggressive acids, alkaline salts, or chlorinated compounds. This makes Ehao taps and valves highly reliable for chemical processing, water treatment facilities, and food-grade operations where maintaining fluid purity is essential.
From selecting and configuring the right machine for your job to helping you finance the purchase that generates noticeable profits.
Customized fluid control solutions matching strict regional quality systems and site environments.
In municipal plumbing and civil infrastructure, maintaining material purity is essential. Regulatory frameworks like North America’s NSF/ANSI 61 and Europe’s WRAS place strict limits on lead leaching and organic chemical migration. Ehao Plastic Group addresses these requirements by formulating our Polypropylene without heavy metal stabilizers or harmful chemical additives, delivering fully food-grade taps suitable for potable water distribution.
For agricultural and horticultural setups, our localized PP formulations feature advanced UV-absorbers. These agents mitigate molecular degradation from ultraviolet radiation, preventing embrittlement and stress cracking in outdoor setups like South American vineyards or Middle Eastern greenhouse networks.
Ehao Plastic Group's R&D department continues to develop new solutions to meet the evolving demands of the global fluid control industry. Our technology roadmap focuses on three main developments:
Developing bio-sourced polymers to reduce the carbon footprint of our manufacturing process, in response to growing corporate environmental requirements globally.
Integrating sensors within our German injection lines to track cavity pressure and melt temperature in real-time, preventing micro-defects and ensuring tight dimensional tolerances.
Integrating electromagnetic flow tracking directly into our large industrial plastic ball valves, supporting remote data collection for modern agricultural and industrial networks.
The global fluid dynamics market requires prompt production turnaround and reliable supply chains. Ehao Plastic Group relies on China's integrated chemical raw material network and manufacturing clusters to ensure high efficiency and resilience.
Our location in Zhejiang provides immediate access to major polymer producers, protecting our production against raw material shortages. Ehao’s integrated tool facility can design, mill, and test new injection molds in-house, cutting product development times from months to weeks.
Our proximity to the Ningbo and Shanghai deepwater ports allows us to coordinate logistics efficiently. Ehao manages reliable container routing to our customers in 28 countries across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, ensuring stable delivery times even during global logistics fluctuations.
Designed for easy installation and maintenance-free operation in industrial and agricultural projects.
